Terms of Use

Effective: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the public website operated by A Time to Care Nursing Services L.L.C (“A Time To Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these Terms.

Informational Website

This website provides general information about our services, classes, testing, assessments, applications, payments, and organization. Website content may be updated and does not guarantee availability, enrollment, eligibility, certification, employment, reimbursement, licensure, or a particular outcome.

No Medical Advice or Emergency Services

Website content is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Browsing this website or contacting us through general website contact channels does not by itself establish a nurse-patient, provider-patient, or other professional treatment relationship. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care.

Healthcare, Testing, and Assessment Services

Healthcare-related services are provided only within the scope permitted by applicable professional licenses, credentials, facility requirements, written orders, policies, and federal, Georgia, and local law. Eligibility, documentation, clinical requirements, and service availability may vary. Contact our office for current requirements before relying on website descriptions.

Training, Courses, and Credentials

Training requirements vary by employer, facility type, profession, licensing body, registry, program, and governing rule. A course listed on this website should not be interpreted as a guarantee that it satisfies every employer, school, registry, license, or certification requirement. Prospective participants should confirm applicable requirements before registration. Course dates, instructors, locations, content, and availability may change.

Online Registration and Organization Intake

The website provides active registration/application-request and organization-intake forms for non-sensitive information. Submitting a form starts an intake or inquiry process only. It does not guarantee enrollment, eligibility, class or service availability, certification, acceptance, pricing, scheduling, employment, or any other outcome. ATC may need to verify information and provide additional requirements before a request can proceed.

Do not use these forms to submit medical records, protected health information, Social Security numbers, insurance information, payment-card or bank credentials, passwords, or other highly sensitive information. Do not use the website for emergency or urgent medical needs.

Payments

Online payment links may redirect to an external payment provider such as Melio. Additional third-party terms may apply. Prices, deposits, payment timing, refunds, cancellations, transfers, rescheduling, and no-show policies may vary by service or course and should be confirmed at registration or before payment. If a posted or communicated service-specific policy conflicts with this general website statement, the service-specific policy controls to the extent permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with website operation or security; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, false, harmful, or infringing material; or use website content in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, logos, photographs, layouts, and other original materials are owned by or used with permission of A Time To Care and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as allowed by law.

Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Accessibility

We seek to provide accessible website content and communication. If you experience difficulty accessing information or need an alternative method to obtain website content, please contact us by phone or email. See our Accessibility Statement.

Disclaimers and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis for general information. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Privacy

Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Notice. Do not send protected health information or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or other channels unless specifically directed to an approved secure method.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the State of Georgia, without limiting any consumer or other rights that cannot be waived by agreement. Any dispute concerning these Terms will be handled in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction, which may include courts serving Muscogee County, Georgia, when legally appropriate.

Changes

We may revise these Terms when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
