Privacy Notice
Effective: August 29, 2026
A Time to Care Nursing Services L.L.C (“A Time To Care,” “ATC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This Privacy Notice explains our current website information practices. It is intended for this public website and does not replace any separate patient, employee, student, or HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices that may apply to a specific service or relationship.
Information We Receive
This website provides active online registration/application-request and organization-intake forms for non-sensitive business and contact information. If you use an online form, call, email, fax, visit in person, or use an approved third-party service, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, service or course interests, preferred timing, approximate participant count, contact preferences, referral/source information, and questions needed to respond to your request.
Our hosting and security providers may also process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, timestamps, and security-related signals.
Health and Sensitive Information
The website intake forms are not approved channels for protected health information or highly sensitive records. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, patient information, employee health information, Social Security numbers, insurance information, payment-card/bank credentials, passwords, or similar sensitive data through these forms or ordinary email unless we separately provide an approved method for that specific purpose.
HIPAA applies only to covered entities, business associates, and covered information/activities defined by law. When A Time To Care is subject to HIPAA for a particular service or transaction, protected health information is handled under the applicable HIPAA privacy and security requirements and any separate Notice of Privacy Practices. This public website Privacy Notice is not a substitute for that notice.
How We Use Information
Information submitted through the online intake forms may be used to create and manage a structured inquiry or lead record, assign a reference number, route the request to the appropriate team, follow up about services or training, coordinate scheduling, maintain workflow status, prevent abuse, measure inquiry sources, and synchronize the request with an approved customer-relationship-management (CRM) or business workflow system.
- To respond to questions about services, training, testing, assessments, applications, scheduling, or payments.
- To provide requested administrative support and customer service.
- To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To meet legal, regulatory, professional, safety, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to our activities.
Payments and Third Parties
Online payment links may direct you to Melio or another approved payment provider. Payment information submitted on a third-party site is governed by that provider’s privacy and security practices. We do not ask you to email payment-card numbers or banking credentials.
The website is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Other service providers may process limited information on our behalf when necessary to provide hosting, security, communications, payment, or other business services.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The current website does not intentionally use behavioral advertising or sell personal information. Hosting and security services may use technical storage, cookies, or similar mechanisms when necessary for security, reliability, or site delivery. If we later add behavioral analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies that materially change these practices, this notice should be updated before or when those technologies are enabled.
For basic campaign attribution, this website may preserve campaign or referral parameters such as source, medium, and campaign name during the current browsing session. If you submit an online intake form, those source parameters may be stored with your request so ATC can understand how the inquiry reached us. The website does not use this feature to collect health information or payment information and does not by itself send the campaign reference to an advertising platform.
Sharing and Sale of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, when you direct or authorize us to do so, to protect rights or safety, or when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, licensing requirements, or professional obligations.
Data Security and Breach Response
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will evaluate and address notification and response obligations under applicable federal and state law, including Georgia law where applicable.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for a general audience seeking healthcare services, workforce training, professional development, or business information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use this public website to collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected through an online feature, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, respond to inquiries, manage registrations and waitlists, maintain appropriate business records, protect the security and integrity of our services, and comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, or credentialing requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. General website inquiries and registrations may be retained for up to 24 months after the last activity; information-request records and delivery logs for up to 12 months; and short-term waitlist, search, and security records generally for up to 90 days after their operational need ends. Records that become official client, training, legal, or other regulated records may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable law or program requirements. When records are no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of them in accordance with our records-management procedures. Certain information may be retained longer when required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or while a legal hold is in effect.
Requests Regarding Your Information
You may contact A Time to Care Nursing Services L.L.C to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have submitted through our website. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a request. We generally aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. In unusual circumstances, additional time may be reasonably required, and we may take up to 45 days to complete the request. Some information may not be eligible for deletion when continued retention is required by law, regulation, professional or credentialing standards, contractual obligations, to establish or defend legal claims, or while a legal hold is in effect.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as our website, services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
